Tender Management

We implement a structured tender management process starting from the preparation of tender documents to invitations of bidders, designing a workable process to meet the project's requirements and insure compliance with the owner's goals to award contracts to a qualified contractor through careful assessment, accurate evaluation of offers, monitoring budgets and deadlines, and organizing pre-bid meetings for clarifications.

Working to produce the best possible result with the available resources, we employ state-of-the-art management tools to weigh and measure constraints and criteria against various design options in order to identify and select the best possible engineering solution.

A significant aspect of our remit is dedicated to delivering developments on a sustainable basis. We do this through the considered specification and use of the most appropriate construction materials, build methods, and engineering at every stage of the project life cycle

Typically, this includes, where possible, specifying materials from sustainable resources from like-minded lead manufacturers and primary suppliers, to minimize or avoid waste, employing recycling schemes, with the ultimate aim of reducing the project's carbon footprint during and post-construction.
