- Concept Offices
At the Center of the commercial complex lies an open to sky promenade starting at the King Fahad Road level and gradually rising to 8.6m high at the inner courtyard to further emphasize the “stage” concept.
3. Parking
With BUA of around 18,807 sqm, three underground parking floors with a total capacity exceeding 400 cars serve both the hotel and commercial areas. The basement also includes hotel BOH and technical areas.
